OUR JOURNEY DID NOT BEGIN HERE, BUT IT LEAD US HERE...
Our History
We are a rescue experienced team with 20+ years of dedication to helping Pit Bulls, rescues, owners and caretakers. With more than a third of our lives involved with Pit Bull rescue in the nonprofit sector, managing organizations, rescuing dogs, dog training and fundraising we will continue to help Pit Bulls within their communities. Our collective knowledge gives us the opportunity to help, by educating and informing the public. Information and education, we believe helps change the desperate plight of these beautiful dogs.
With our experience and education in hand, we have chosen to come together and build a fresh path filled with the opportunity to continue the hard work we have done and want to continue to do as we navigate the rest of our life. We are an all volunteer, with no paid staff tax exempt organization under IRS 501(c)(3) #87-0835059.
Our promise to you is to keep our administrative fees as low as possible and invest as much as possibly can into the lives of Pit Bull type dogs.
Fund Expenditures
Help Pit Bull friendly rescue groups.
Spay/Neuter assistance for those in need.
Provide other services, based on requests and board approval.
When you find your path you follow it; this is our path.

IN MEMORY OF
MerryJo Young, our co-founder and friend, was well-known among Pit Bull enthusiasts for being an unwavering advocate of Pit Bulls. She ran her own rescue "Braveheart" for many years and assisted numerous other rescues and organizations along the way. She will be greatly missed by everyone whose lives she has touched.
